Geoff Needham, founder of Wildcard, is passionate about solving the fundamental MIS challenges of the UK print industry

“Persona are a large multi-discipline print company with over 50 staff and a new premises extending to 40,000sq ft. They had been using Shuttleworth for many years, but found that it was not fulfilling their needs as their business became more complicated and diverse,” explains Geoff Needham, founder of Wildcard, the parent copy of Printlogic.

After an initial consultation to understand Persona’s needs, Printlogic tailored their package to suit how the company operated.

Needham explains this is the unique strength of Printlogic, as it is flexible, and based on fundamentals from the insurance and statistics industry. Its pricing structure, based on a small monthly fee, is also a unique facet of its implementation.

We found the team at Printlogic happy to help where we needed it and the switchover was smooth

Carolyn Keogh, general manager of Persona, explains what motivated the investment and change of software provider: “We found the team at Printlogic happy to help where we needed it and the switchover was smooth.

"Since then we have worked with them to implement integrated custom solutions for some of our security printing clients and also to link some our other internal systems into Printlogic.”

Twelve months down the road now and Keogh says she would be happy to recommend Printlogic to any printer, she adds: “I look forward to continuing to implement improvements based on the solid platform we now have.”
