Alongside the announcement, Konica Minolta’s user community for production print providers, has also unveiled a brand new website and branding.

Kevin Gaskell, who has experience working with iconic brands and household names such as Porsche, BMW, and Lamborghini. At just 32, he became UK managing director of Porsche. Gaskell will be speaking on ‘The path to extraordinary performance’ at the Prokom conference.

Joining Gaskell will be Marco Boer, vice president of I.T Strategies and Miles Hilton-Barber, an inspirational individual that undertakes challenging, extreme endurance events. Boer will discuss his 25 years of advising small businesses in print. Francois Martin, who is also speaking at Prokom, will make sure the audience is taking advantage of today’s changing world of print.

Michael Kelly, head of marketing for Prokom, says: “We are delighted to announce such an auspicious collection of highly regarded speakers who are ready to share their lifetime’s learning and expertise. The delegates will leave the event inspired and enlightened with a desire to use their new-found enthusiasm to reinvigorate their operations.

“The philosophy is to help Konica Minolta’s customers to connect, learn, and grow, so they can secure and establish their businesses and careers for the future ahead. With an ever-evolving landscape and the sharing of ideas and industry insight, the community will help shape print to business.”

The new website from Prokom offers membership for anyone that is a Konica Minolta user of production printing equipment. On the website, you will be able to find online courses, self-help videos, forums, content from experts, webinars, and newsletters. It will also discuss in depth topics that may be trending, such as GDPR and inkjet growth.

Andy Barber, managing director of UK Mail, chair of the advisory board guiding Prokom, adds: “There are some great agenda topics that have been chosen because they address key issues our members are facing today. We hope the expert knowledge sharing and relaxed networking opportunity, supported by our new website, will enable members to learn new ways to drive their productivity and profitability.”
