Hybrid Services will feature a Mimaki TS30-1300 dye sublimation printer, heat press and software on its stand at Make it British Live!

Previously known as ‘Meet the Manufacturer’, the event is the only exhibition of its kind that exclusively showcases British manufacturers and producers.

Working in partnership with its specialist textile reseller network, Hybrid has supplied printing systems to British textile printing businesses for more than 20 years, and used this experience and knowledge to further spread the word about its technology at the gathering.

Hybrid’s stand at the show, which takes place at the Old Truman Brewery, featured numerous application examples, in addition to a Mimaki TS30-1300 dye sublimation printer, heat press and software.

Brett Platt, textile products manager at Hybrid, comments: “We showcased how simple and effective short run production and sampling can be with Mimaki’s dye sublimation and direct to textile printers.

It was great to talk with UK fashion and textile manufacturers at the event and showing them how a relatively small investment in technology can really benefit their production processes

“It was great to talk with UK fashion and textile manufacturers at the event and showing them how a relatively small investment in technology can really benefit their production processes.

“Visitors were able to see how easy it is to produce anything from design samples on the appropriate fabric to garment panels and rolls of fabric ready for make-up and even event signage—all on the one machine [TS30-1300].

“We were keen to help visitors appreciate how readily Mimaki’s wide-format textile printing systems can be integrated into design studios, traditional print operations, and retail brands.”
